  Ordered this cushion for my daughter to take pressure off of her tailbone when sitting. Works perfectly, she was able to sit w/o pain. The zipper on the cover came off the tracks and couldn't be fixed. Emailed the company to inquire about replacement covers. They don't offer covers yet, but shipped a new cushion to us free of charge instead! Quick response and great customer service!
